What personal data do we process?

• Contact details from prospective and existing clients (name, email, phone, company)
• Information about website visitors via cookies and analytics tools
• Business correspondence and meeting data related to the delivery of our services
• As part of our service, we process contact details of leads on behalf of our clients — this is governed by a separate data processing agreement in accordance with GDPR art. 28

Purposes and legal basis

• Service delivery: Performance of a contract, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(b)
• Client communication and invoicing: Legitimate interest, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(f)
• Marketing to existing clients: Legitimate interest, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(f)
• Cookies and analytics: Consent, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(a)
• Outreach to business contacts on behalf of clients: Legitimate interest, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(f)

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, and at minimum for as long as required by law (e.g. 5 years for accounting records). Lead data is deleted no later than 90 days after the conclusion of a campaign, unless the client requests otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection regarding your personal data. Contact us at mail@meytain.com. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints
